Théophile Alexandre Steinlen, born in Lausanne on November 20, 1859 and died in Paris on December 13, 1923, was an anarchist artist, painter, engraver, illustrator, poster artist and sculptor of Swiss origin, naturalized French in 1901. Felix Decori, born on March 1??, 1860 in Paris and died of a heart attack at the Elysée Palace on October 18, 1915, was a French lawyer and politician.
