"Please provide me with information on this subject. A young man from my country who was part of the army was taken prisoner, went to Prussia from where he returned to his family on a one-month leave. There are 8 children at home, one of his brothers is under the flag, his brother is blind, he would be very useful to support all this nestle - could we not have him come home as a breadwinner?
