Félix-Ludger Rossignol de Joncières, known as Victorin [de] Joncières, born on April 12, 1839, in Paris, where he died in the 1st arrondissement on October 26, 1903, was a French composer and music critic. Louis Gallet, born in Valence on February 14, 1835, and died in Paris on October 16, 1898, was a French librettist and playwright.
