Handwritten signed letter by TURGAN, LEFRANC, PAPON, DARRAU, Paris, 17 Ventôse, Year 12 (10 March 1804). One page (24.5 cm x 18), headed “Judicial Organization, 2nd Division.” It was necessary to replace the resigning justice of the peace. “The members of the legislative body for the Department of Landes respectfully ask that you grant the trust of the government for the exercise of his functions to citizen Bacque, who was presented to us as a candidate by the cantonal assembly of Sore.” Sore is a commune in the department of Landes.

He was a judge in Tartas.
