Autographed letter signed by Theodore Charlet, Secretary of the Commandments and Treasurer General of Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Angouleme, addressed to Monsieur Delvincourt, dean of the Faculty of Law of Paris, dated January 28, 1821 in Paris, written in ink on a double sheet of watermarked vellum paper. He thanks his correspondent for his letter and the information it contains, however, due to a misunderstanding, a document is missing from his shipment and he asks him to resend it to him.
