CARCO (François Carcopino-Tusoli, known as Francis). Autograph letter signed by Francis Carco, famous for his novels and poems about the underworld. He had founded, with Tristan Derème, the School of Fantasists in 1912. The letter was probably addressed to Jacques Larmanjat, who set several of his texts to music. In it, Carco apologizes for sending only belatedly a signed statement concerning his “poems set to music by you.
