Marcel Pagnol - Handwritten letter signed to a television channel director. Handwritten letter signed to a television channel director. February 14, 1968, 20.5x27cm, two sheets.

Handwritten letter dated February 14, 1968 and signed on two pages by Marcel Pagnol, with three paperclip marks and creases inherent to the letter being placed in an envelope. In this letter, Marcel Pagnol informs his correspondent of a discussion he had in Monaco with Philippe Rageneau, who was the director of programs for the two television channels in France, about a project for a program for the end-of-year celebrations. Excited about the prospect of presenting an unpublished work, he started working on it but doubts, due to lack of time, whether the project will be successful. That is why he spontaneously proposes a Christmas tale that has never aired on your channels but is quite well known worldwide as there are school editions for foreign schools and translations in several languages.
