Four volumes in-8° (230 x 140mm), XVI 500, 431, 480, and 554 pp. Bindings in half-morocco with blue corners, spine with ornate raised bands, gilded heads, bookmark, combed guards (Vve BRANY). (Volumes slightly rubbed, one corner a bit crushed, presence of some foxing mostly located on the gutters). Copy enriched with a signed homage from the author on the half-title as well as an autograph letter dated and signed by the same (one page in-8°, 110 x 170mm).
