In this letter addressed to Van Hoorick, he confides in the dramatic deterioration of his health. Stricken by illness (osteomalacia), he explains his isolation and his forced move from Paris to the countryside.

Dimensions: 13.4 x 20.9 cm. Condition: Very good overall condition. Slight folding marks inherent to postal sending, a few foxing spots and traces of tabs on the back. See photos and description for more details.
