Maurice-Lucien Hanot, known as Maurice d'Hartoy, Lieutenant d'Hartoy, or Count de Hanot d'Hartoy, born in Berneville on March 17, 1892 and died on December 5, 1981 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, was a French military officer, publisher, and writer who was behind the creation of several associations, including the Croix-de-Feu.
