Mariette Lydis is an Austrian painter and illustrator who achieved success in Paris in the 1930s, in Montparnasse, and later in Argentina, where she moved in 1940. Léon Daudet, born on November 16, 1867 in the 4th arrondissement of Paris and died on July 2, 1942 in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, was a French writer, journalist, and politician.
