Louis Joseph de BOURBON, also known as Louis Joseph V. Autographed letter signed on November 23, 1803. One-page letter addressed to a "Count" to thank him, also asking for forgiveness as he had not been able to respond. Dimensions: 18.5 x 24 cm.

Condition: Good - presence of a small burnt area (without affecting the text, on the first page). Louis V Joseph de Bourbon-Condé, 8th Prince of Condé, prince of the blood, was born in Paris on August 9, 1736 and died on May 13, 1818 in the same city.

Son of Louis IV Henri de Bourbon-Condé, Duke of Bourbon then 7th Prince of Condé, and of the princess born Caroline von Hessen-Rheinfels-Rotenburg.
