Louis Baudry de Saunier AUTOGRAPH LETTER SIGNED TO Georges Montorgueil 1893
Signed autograph letter from Louis Baudry de Saunier, addressed to Georges Montorgueil, dated May 18, 1893, written in black ink on a double sheet. Montorgueil,
I know you are very kind. So, I hope that asking for a small favor will not scare you too much. One of my friends, Édouard Estaunié, has just published a volume at Perrin which he had the honor of sending you, "Petits Maîtres", memories of Holland. I won't say that I find this volume of art criticism very good and very new.
I think so, but saying it may be commonplace. But if you would be so kind, you who handle the book section at L'Éclair with such tact, to say a few words about this work, it would be greatly appreciated.
Believe me, dear Sir, in my very distinguished feelings.
