Thomas Charles Floquet, born on October 2, 1828 in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and died on January 19, 1896 in Paris, was a French politician, lawyer at the Paris bar, several times deputy, prefect, senator, minister and president of the Council. Charles Kestner, born on June 30, 1803 in Strasbourg and died in Thann on August 12, 1870, was a chemist, industrialist and French politician of the 19th century.
