(1815- 1883) - Composer, son of the previous one. A set of 2 signed autograph letters. 1 page on a double leaf in-16 addressed to My dear Dantan the sculptor Jean-Pierre Dantan? December 16, 1812: "Would you believe that I have been unable to obtain anything for you or for myself! However, you could not miss attending a ceremony in which you have such a great part; and I have resorted to renting, which allows me to offer you a stall.

" 1 page on a double leaf in-12 - S. "Please excuse me if I cannot take advantage of your kind attention, but my poor health prevents me from attending any kind of gathering, as I cannot endure the heat. (thin paper, small central loss on the first leaf). Boieldieu, secretary of the Théâtre Lyrique addressed to Monsieur Strauss - Paris, February 9, 1872 - 1 page in-8 with the theater's letterhead - Request for a box for himself and his family. Reddish mark at the lower margin.
