Autographed letter signed by Elisa Napoleone BACIOCCHI, dated August 16 without mention of the year, addressed to "My dear Tisserand or Tillerand," written in brown ink on a double sheet of laid paper, with a blue embossed header featuring her monogram. In this dense letter, written in a lively hand, Elisa Baciocchi addresses a correspondent named "Tillerand" or "Tisserand," discussing evidently political and agricultural matters. She briefly mentions the situation of a Ministry of Agriculture.
