CR76 – Signed Autograph Letter – Rochechouart-Mortemart – 1759

  

Beautiful autograph letter signed “Rochechouart,” dated. “At Versailles, this 4th of January 1759.” The signer thanks his correspondents for the wishes sent at the beginning of the year, says he is touched by their sincerity, and assures them that he will be happy to find opportunities to show them in return his esteem. The letter is addressed, according to the note at the bottom of the page, to the mayors and aldermen of Romorantin.

Signature “Rochechouart” very clearly written. CONDITION: old fold, small perforation in the lower part, and slight traces of age.
