Camille Mauclair, the pen name of Camille Laurent Célestin Faust, was born on November 29, 1872, in Paris 5? and died on April 23, 1945, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. He was a poet, novelist, art historian, and French literary critic. He was a convinced Vichy supporter and a proponent of anti-Semitism during the Occupation. Paul Fort is a French poet and playwright, born on February 1??, 1872, in Reims and died on April 20, 1960, in Montlhéry. He is the author of a prolific poetic work, compiled in the French Ballads, which combines symbolism, simplicity, and lyricism, often using verse.
