Signed autograph letter dated January 27, 1846, written to the Minister of Public Works, Mr. Autographed letter written by Boniface de Castellane, Count of Castellane, to the Minister on January 27, 1846. Paul (Jean Baptiste), retired battalion chief of the 27th infantry regiment, requests an inspection in the railways or any other equivalent position; I do not personally know this senior officer, but I have a great interest in Mr. Paul, his brother, a principal physician in charge of the military hospital in Perpignan; I would be pleased if it were possible for Your Excellency to grant Mr. Paul (Jean Baptiste) the position he desires.
