Signed handwritten letter from André Strauss, addressed to "My dear friend", dated September 15, 1932, on a single sheet of fine paper with letterhead: "American School of Fine Arts Palais de Fontainebleau". He thanks him for taking care of his two paintings. He hopes they will earn him a place as a member. He mentions several museums where his paintings are exhibited, and the evolution of his projects.
