Sir,

Following the wish you were kind enough to express to me yesterday, I hasten to submit to you the program for the itinerant arboriculture courses that would be given in the departments under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture.

As I am due to leave on the 30th of this month to begin a similar course in several departments, I would be very grateful, Sir, if you would let me know by then when I may have the honor of speaking with you about this matter.
