Autographed letter signed by Albert Roussel. Marc David, written in black ink on a pneumatic card, regarding his symphonic poem "Evocations". "Dear Sir, I would like to thank you for the significant role you played in the excellent execution of the 'Evocations' and for the care you took in giving the baritone's melody the incisive and inspired quality it possesses. I would like, if possible, to see you again before Saturday to discuss a small modification in the declamation that might allow for a quicker delivery. What day could you come to Avenue Wagram and at what time?
