Signed autographed letter, addressed to "My dear colleague", "Ode to my Sweetheart". My dear colleague, I have set to music the very beautiful Ode to my Sweetheart, to which I had to, while crying, make some amputations to fit it into the Procrustean framework of a song that can be sung at the concert. Could you come next Wednesday from 3 to 6 or from 8 1/2 to 11 in the evening to hear it; after which I will send it to Gil Blas.
