Autographed letter signed, June 5, 1914, 3 pages in-12: 149 x 112, on letterhead from 19, Avenue Mac Mahon - Wagram 91-50, accompanied by its stamped envelope dated June 5, 1914. The letter is co-written, partly by Colette and partly by her husband Henri de Jouvenel.

It is addressed to Marguerite Moreno at Chez les Zoaques, which is the residence of Sacha Guitry and Charlotte Lysès. It mentions an upcoming stay at her property in Rozven, acquired by Missy in 1910 and left to her after their breakup: "You see, I have moved, the Boudets?

, who live as you know on Rue Cortambert, invite you to dinner Thursday 10? Because I am going to Rozven." The letter is signed Collerette.

The part written by Henri de Jouvenel is a curious Bacchic poem of which we have found no other occurrence: "Demon with the ancient hair, old smile at the high taste of the wine-colored mahogany inhabited by an uncertain demiurge. I am Greece and you are Epirus, what are you waiting for to reunite us (sic)?

Old vampire circumcise the royal and hard ennui whose black sting pricks me. I would like to put something for Sacha but when he knows that I resemble the mummy of Ramses II, it will no longer please him." A few drops have stained the envelope. Remnant of a tab on the margin.
