Autographed letter signed to Tito Manzi. (Paris, 1796 - Sarzapa, Italy, 1865). Autographed letter signed Charlotte, Florence October 20, 1829, to Tito Manzi. Two pages in-8° and two lines (beautiful watermark) addressed on the back, postal marks from Florence in red and from Firenze in black. News from the family for a friend of her mother Julie Clary, wife of Joseph Bonaparte, Count of Saint-Leu, staying near Philadelphia in the United States.
Daughter of Joseph Bonaparte and Marie-Julie Clary, she married Napoleon Louis (Paris, 1804 - Forli, 1831), son of Louis Bonaparte (his brother Charles Louis Napoleon would become Napoleon III). That same year, 1829, Léopold Robert met Prince Napoleon and his wife Charlotte Bonaparte, of whom he was madly in love.
