Signed autograph letter and typescript of 4 pages, 1956, in Paris. Signed autograph letter from Henri Mondor, addressed to Olivier, written in ink on a sheet of vellum paper with a header in his name, accompanied by his stamped and postmarked envelope dated October 8, 1956, in Paris.
Includes a typescript of 4 pages on vein diseases, their diagnosis, and treatment.
