He apologizes “for the delay in replying to you and for the imperfect way in which I am carrying out this task. I am having a gout attack in my elbow. However, I would very much like to ask you for a real favor from Le Figaro. My friend the Duke of Harcourt has just published, with Plon, a very interesting book on Egypt. Le Correspondant has published three very interesting excerpts from it. Would it be possible to have Le Figaro say a few words of introduction to the public..” 3 pages, in-12° (16.5 x 10.5).
